The Governor of Lapland Mika Riipi congratulated the participants of the Youth Eco-Forum - 2018 at the plenary session on October 8, 2018.
On this day, the session participants presented team presentations and prepared the final document of the Forum - “Lapland IEF Declaration - 2018”.
At this, YEF-2018 completed its work. The next two days, the youth of the regions of the Northern Forum, as observers, will be involved in the events of the International Youth Eco-Summit and the International Congress on the Conservation of Arctic Biodiversity
