In the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra, within the framework of the XII International IT Forum, on June 15, 2021 at 14.40 (Moscow time), a plenary session of the discussion club of the Eurasian Association of Women Regional Leaders will be held on the topic “Digitalization of work processes.

Transformation of women's employment during a pandemic, in the post-period ”, and on June 16, 2021 at 12.00 (Moscow time) - a panel discussion jointly with the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Ugra. The agenda of the discussion club includes issues of creating new jobs, employment of women and youth, development of digital technologies, education, alternative forms of labor organization and sources of employment during a pandemic and in the post-like period.

 

The Northern Forum is represented by Daryana Maximova, Deputy Executive Director of the Northern Forum, she will present on June 15 with the topic “Opportunities for Youth in the Information Environment” and Tuyana Andreeva, coordinator of the Russian Women's Union in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Vice-President of the Public Fund “Arctic Lady” with the topic "Digital transformation of women's councils in Yakutia".

 

Based on the results of the work of the discussion clubs, proposals will be formed into the resolution of the Eurasian Women's Forum, which will be held on October 13-15, 2021 in St. Petersburg.

In 2018, the participants of the international discussion club "Women Governors - Strategy for the Efficiency and Development of Territories" adopted the Declaration on the Establishment of the Eurasian Association of Women Regional Leaders (hereinafter referred to as the Association).

We agreed to regularly “synchronize watches” at the forum and other events with the participation of women-regional leaders, including using the Internet portal “Eurasian Association of Women-Regional Leaders” (https://www.women-leaders.ru). The purpose of the Association is to promote the development of dialogue between women - regional leaders of the Russian Federation and foreign states, exchange knowledge, experience and ideas through the implementation of projects.

The Association's activities are based on the UN sustainable development goals, the provisions of the Spatial Development Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025, the National Action Strategy for Women, and other federal and international strategic documents.
