The Secretariat and the Government of the Tomsk Oblast held an online meeting to discuss the Oblast's accession to the Northern Forum.
Yesterday, February 14, a very interesting and productive meeting was held with Vasily Potemkin, Deputy Governor of the Tomsk Oblast, Evgenia Nefedova, Chair of the International Relations Committee, and her deputy Olga Shulgova.
At the meeting we discussed the procedure for the Tomsk Oblast to join the Northern Forum and planned to formalize membership in April.
We are very pleased and encouraged by the proposal of our colleagues to prepare a serious event in Tomsk. In the next few days we will discuss the topics, format and begin preparations. Follow our news.
