The Arctic Summit Week (ASSW) was initiated by the IASC in 1999 to provide opportunities for coordination, cooperation and collaboration between various scientific organizations involved in research in the Arctic, and to save time and time.
Over the years, the summit has become the most important annual meeting of Arctic research organizations. The summit is organized by the International Coordinating Group, in which any organization involved in supporting and promoting research in the Arctic can participate.
