Today, 13 December, the Northern Forum Regional Coordinators Committee held its final meeting in St. Petersburg.
The meeting was held as part of the programme of the XIV International Forum Arctic: Today and the Future in honor of Artur Chilingarov.
The meeting was moderated by Sergey Kungurtsev, Chairman of the Committee for International and Interregional Relations, Department of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Vice-Chair of the Regional Coordinators Committee. Co-moderated by Vladimir Vasiliev, Executive Director of the Northern Forum.
The event was attended by regional coordinators, goodwill ambassadors, working group leaders, partners and representatives of other structural bodies of the organisation.
The meeting discussed and approved the reports for the year 2024 and the Northern Forum work plan and budget for the year 2025 as well as consider the promising areas of cooperation with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, preparation for large-scale international events, development of project activities and other issues aimed to secure the organization’s dynamic operation.
