With the guidance of China Association for Science and Technology and Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China, hosted by China Institute of Navigation and Shanghai Maritime University, the WMC-2019 aims to provide a unique international platform for exchange of ideas and experiences. The Congress will be a valuable meeting for the experts from the world maritime industry to debate the professional and technical issues that influence the maritime industry. This event will be jointly held with the 110th anniversary Celebration Activities of the Shanghai Maritime University.
