On 7-8 December 2023, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky hosted the final meeting of the Northern Forum Regional Coordinators Committee (NF RCC) within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "The 3rd Moiseev Readings" programme.
The meeting was officially opened by Vladimir Solodov, Governor of the Kamchatka Krai.
The meeting was attended by coordinators of the NF regions from the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Kamchatka Krai, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), and the Jewish Autonomous Oblast, as well as representatives of NF member regions from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra, Krasnoyarsk Krai, and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Future members of the organisation - the Tomsk Oblast and Uvurkhangai aimag (Mongolia) also addressed the meeting.
Goodwill Ambassadors, partners, NF working groups, Northern Youth Forum and RACAR took part in the event.
The meeting resulted in the adoption of the minutes, which approved the results of 2023 and defined the main plans for 2024.
