The 4th Board of Directors Meeting concurrent with the 2nd Northern Forum General Assembly is held in conjunction with the Northern Festival 1995 in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. The Hokkaido Declaration is adopted. The reports from the project "Environmental Research and Monitoring of the Atmosphere and Oceans Project," titled, Environmental Status Report on Northern Regions, Volume I & II, are completed. The Northern Forum Symposia: Toward the New Development of Northern Regions is conducted and its results published. |
